Preamble
In line with our aim at Quality control, care must be taken for the exact description and designation of the required equipment. Shipping devices which do not conform to requirements is a waste of time and energy: the client will need to contact us, explain the problem, send the equipment back, wait for and fit the new equipment. Automation 2000 will need to understand the problem, manufacture and ship the new equipment, and redo the invoice.
We therefore follow a precise procedure that prevents these problems.
Device description
It is important to precisely name the device. For standard devices, refer to Standard products. For devices with options, refer to Options.
Confirming client requirements
When a client contacts us, whether by telephone or by directly sending an order, we send a simple form to fill in which allows us to check that the device effectively fulfills the requirements: Requirements form.

Filling in the form
- Is the equipment suited to your needs? If necessary, refer to Choosing the right protection.
- Mounting. If necessary, refer to Choosing the right protection.
- Settings. If necessary, refer to Three essential parameters.
- Nature of dielectric fluid. This information can be found either on the rating plate or the technical documents of the transformer. You may also contact the transformer’s manufacturer.
