Option AS: For transformers with PCB dielectric fluid

Devices concerned: DGPT2 & DGP.
The black floats of the standard devices can slightly degrade PCB (local blackening). They are replaced by red floats which are not affected by these products.

- Large float: CP120
To be used when the dielectric is a PCB (e.g. Pyralene™, Askarel™, etc.)
