Option SB: Flangeless device

Device concerned: DGP.
With the SB option, the DGP is not fitted with the standard flange with a well but has a 1” gas thread. This allows it to be mounted by means of an adapter onto the transformer’s filling hole. The adapter has to be designed, produced and mounted by the user, as there are far too many possible adaptations.
The adapter and DGP-SB interface is internally mounted with a flat Viton® seal which we supply.

The SB option is useful for updating old transformers where the filling hole does not allow a DGPT2 to be fitted directly without modifying the tank cover. There is a wide variety of outlets, from the simple connection with a stopper to oval-shaped flange connections.
